The high quality human-machine interface and high performance PLC are used to form slave and master computer

control system which could be connected to production management system.

With high quality linear guide rail and high precision ball screw transmission assembly, the positioning precision of

slitters and scorers is ensured to be ≤ ±0.5mm;

Capable of storing order to realize non-stop automatic change of orders or manual change of them;

Automatically track the speed of production line to be synchronous with it and could be able to connect with production

management system due to strong compatibility;

Arrange order with single-screw and multi-servo drive with change time of 1-3 seconds; able to realize fast change

functions when two machines are used simultaneously, with less scrapped boards;

Thin-type tungsten steel alloy cutter which is very sharp could serve more than 8 million meters;

Adopt patented passive grinder which is simple in structure and easy in maintenance;

The grinding could be achieved automatically by computer or by hand and could be done while slitting so as to improve

working efficiency;

Three types of scorings: convex to concave, convex to convex, convex to flat roller, wherein convex to concave and

convex to convex could be switched automatically and convex to flat roller could be able to realize flat scoring (pre-scoring);

The computer control could help realize scoring clearance adjustment by adjusting upper scoring group height so as to

ensure it is good in line shape and easy to form.

Lower scoring flat roller and scoring wheel both rotate actively with imported synchronous belts, which guarantee higher

precision, longer service life and lower operating noise.
